Every Kitpety kit is custom-made for you. Here’s exactly what happens — day by day — from the moment you place your order to delivery.
Once you approve your design proof, your kit is produced and shipped to your door within 7–21 days. The design proof is sent within 24–48 hours of ordering — so the process starts fast.
Order placed & design proof sent to you Within 24–48 hrs
You complete your order on Kitpety.com. Our team creates a visual mockup of your custom kit — name, number, size, and colours — and emails it to you for review within 24–48 hours.
You approve the design — your clock starts here Day 0
Check every detail carefully — name spelling, number, size, and colours. Need a change? Reply and we’ll update it free of charge. Once you reply “APPROVED”, production begins immediately. This is Day 0 of your 7–21 day delivery window.
Your kit goes into production Day 1–7
Your kit is printed, pressed, quality-checked, and photographed before packaging. Standard production takes 5–7 business days. During peak periods (pre-Christmas, major tournaments) allow up to 10 days.
Dispatched & tracking number sent Day 7–10
Your order is handed to our courier and you receive a tracking number by email. Track your parcel in real time at yuntrack.com or 17track.net.
Delivered to your door Day 7–21
Your custom kit arrives. Most orders land within this window — some even faster. Delivery depends on your country and local customs processing.

From the day you approve your design proof to the day your kit arrives at your door
Birthday, match day, or Christmas gift? Order at least 4 weeks in advance and approve your proof quickly to stay well within your deadline. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Flat-rate shipping per order. Prices include fuel surcharge. Exact cost confirmed at checkout.
Ordering kits for the whole family? Orders totalling £80 or more qualify for free standard shipping to any destination. Discount applied automatically at checkout.
Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country’s government — not by Kitpety. Below is a summary of what to expect by region.

🇬🇧 United KingdomOrders declared under £135 — no import duty. UK VAT is handled by Kitpety at the point of sale.

🇺🇸 United StatesOrders declared under USD 250 — generally no import duty for personal items.

🇪🇺 European UnionOrders declared under €150 — generally duty-free, though import VAT (17%–27% depending on country) may apply and is the recipient’s responsibility.

🌍 Rest of WorldCustoms rules vary by country. You may be required to pay local import duties or VAT upon delivery. Kitpety declares all goods truthfully at actual sale value.

🇨🇦 CanadaOrders declared under CAD 20 — duty-free. For values over CAD 20, an 18% tax on the declared value is collected at time of shipping. We ship DDP — no surprise charges on arrival.

🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia & 🇦🇪 UAE15% VAT (Saudi Arabia) and 5% VAT (UAE) apply on all imports. These are included in our pricing for these destinations.
Some parcels are selected for inspection by customs authorities. This can add several days to delivery. Kitpety is not responsible for delays caused by customs, and we cannot refund shipping fees in these cases. We always declare goods truthfully to minimise the risk of inspection.
- Delivery times shown are from the date of dispatch — not from the date of order. Always add 12–14 days for production before dispatch.
- If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, re-delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Amazon warehouse addresses, APO/FPO military addresses, and PO Box addresses cannot be delivered to in most countries.
- Remote areas within the UK (Scottish Highlands, certain islands) and the US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may attract a remote area surcharge — shown at checkout.
- Kitpety is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, peak season volumes, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will reship or issue a full refund. Please allow 30 days from dispatch before raising a lost parcel claim.
