We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what is gathered automatically when you use our site.

  • Identity & contact detailsYour name, email address, delivery address, and phone number — provided when you place an order or contact us.
  • Order & payment informationItems ordered, customisation details (name, number, size), and transaction records. We do not store full card details — payments are handled securely by Stripe / PayPal.
  • CommunicationsEmails and messages you send us, including design proof approvals, support queries, and other correspondence.
  • Technical & usage dataIP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs — collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.

  • Payment processors — Stripe & PayPalPCI-DSS compliant. They do not share your data with us beyond what is necessary for transaction completion.
  • Delivery & logistics partnersYour name and delivery address are shared with courier partners solely to fulfil and track your order.
  • Analytics — Google AnalyticsAnonymised usage data only. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
  • Email service providerUsed for transactional emails (order confirmation, design proof, shipping updates) and — with consent — marketing emails.
Data retention

Order data is retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of any data not subject to a legal retention requirement at any time.
